DELIVERY, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Delivery

Once you have placed your order with us, it takes 3-6 business days for us to process and ship out your order from our studio situated in Navi Mumbai. We work with registered courier companies within India for our products to be delivered to your doorstep within 2-7 business days post dispatch.

Delivery across & within India is free of charge when paid online for all orders. A charge of Rs.100 is levied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

At the time of dispatch of the product, you will be informed of the details of the courier partner and the tracking number for your orderdelivery, via email. Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package thrice before they return it to us. If we have to re-send the package, the courier charge will be borne by you.

Return & Exchange

At SAFARY : BOMBAY, we ensure fine quality and take great care in the delivery of our products. Please note that we have made every effort to display every detail in the design, style and colours of our products as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee accurate representation of colours on your monitor screen. All orders placed are processed at the earliest because we believe you should not have to wait too long before you receive your order. Hence, any change or cancellation requests need to be intimated within 24 hours of placing the order via email.

We do not stock readymade products with us. This helps us reduce dead stock and simultaneously gives us the opportunity to provide you with a freshly tailored product with the perfect fit, design changes if any, and more. We employ the highest quality of craftsmanship and perform the most stringent of quality checks on every garment we construct.

Therefore, we attend to Return requests if and only the product delivered to you is faulty, has been damaged in-transit, or does not match with the product you placed an order for originally. You can easily avoid this hassle by refusing to accept the delivery if you find that the package has been damaged or tampered with.

A request for an Exchange due to sizing issues is attended to, once per order. We would request you to check our size guide carefully before placing an order so as to reduce the chances of exchanges. We follow the Standard UK/Indian Sizing Chart to give you the best results. To request a return or exchange for any of our products, kindly get in touch with us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the product.

All products to be exchanged or returned must have the tags intact and should be in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. Once our team has checked the product,  you will receive confirmation within 48 hours that your request for an exchange/return has been accepted. Once these conditions are met with, the refund/exchange shall be processed within one week of the reception of goods. The refund amount will be processed via the original mode of payment used by you at the time of purchase or as a credit note in case of COD payments.

Non-refundable charges

The original shipping charges and taxes and duties paid on receipt are non- refundable.
The return shipping charges and taxes are to be borne by the customer.
SAFARY : BOMBAY reserves the right to not accept returns in case the product is used or damaged by the customer. We will not attend any exchange/return requests post 5 days of delivery.

Sale

All items on sale are non-returnable and non-refundable but can be exchanged for a different size in the same style itself. There’s a high chance, you won’t be feeling the need to return the garment in any case.
